What’s your jewellery made of?
Good quality stuff only. Think sterling silver, gold-plated metals, stainless steel, and cute gemstones. Exact details are on the product pages
Is it safe for sensitive skin?
Mostly yes! Everyone’s skin is different though, so if you’re unsure just email us and we’ll help you out
Will it tarnish?
All jewellery can tarnish eventually (sad but true). Avoid harsh chemicals and give them some tlc once in a while and they’ll stay cute for longer
What size ring should i order?
Our rings are US sized, so a rough guide to sizing is:
Size 5 is a UK size J
Size 6 is a UK size L
Size 7 is a UK size N
Size 8 is UK size P

Where do you ship to?
We ship to the UK only (at the moment)

How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually prepped within 2 business days, and are sent by a tracked 48 hour service
Can I track my order?
Yep! You’ll get a tracking link as soon as your order is on the way
Returns & Issues
Can I return something?
Totally. Just contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items need to be unworn and in original packaging (sale and discontinued items are non-returnable, and earrings are non-returnable, unless faulty, for hygiene reasons)
What if something arrives damaged or wrong?
That’s on us - message us within 14 days and we’ll fix it ASAP
